Harvest Feast at Gabriel Jensen’s Traktørsted
A long-table dinner in atmospheric surroundings featuring roasted venison, the flavors of the season, and a delicious dessert. Price: DKK 325 excl. drinks. Gabriel Jensen’s Traktørsted is located at Batterivej 15.

Sunday, October 5 – FROM FIELD TO TABLE

A unique two-part experience that takes you from farm to fork.
Price: DKK 250 for adults / DKK 150 for children, excl. drinks.
The day begins at Seerupgaard, Fælledvej 120, at 11:00 and continues at Café LER58, Kirkevej 58, at 12:30.

• 11:00–12:00 | Discover the ingredients in the field
  Seerupgaard invites you on a guided tasting and scent tour through the fields, where the seasonal crops are presented – the very same ingredients that the chefs from Beghuset will later serve at LER58.
  Experience the colors and fragrances of the harvest, with the option to buy fresh produce or pick your own kale and pumpkins to take home for your autumn kitchen.

• 12:30 | Discover the ingredients on the plate
  At LER58, the chefs from Beghuset will serve a green 3-course lunch menu created from freshly harvested organic produce from local farms. The menu is complemented by LER58’s own micro-brewed organic harvest beer, wine, and coffee.
